Many people use the word "investment" for anything that uses money to work, such as trading stocks, buying crypto, or buying gold to keep, but the truth is what you do. It may not be an investment, but it is "speculation".

  • Volatility is acceptable.

  • Use time as a tool to add value.

is the use of betting money on short-term “price” movements in the hope that the price will go up or down in the direction you predict.

For example:

  • Day Trade Crypto

  • Buy stocks on day trading

  • Buy gold for short-term speculation.

  • Play futures or options to profit from fluctuations

Key idea:  “Buy to sell to profit from price.”

Speculators do not need to believe in the fundamental value of the asset, just believe that the price will "run" in the way they hope for in a short time.

Goal: Quick profit. and a lot in a short period of time

Characteristics of speculators:

  • Must decide quickly.

  • Take high risks.

  • requires discipline and strict strategy (such as setting a Stop Loss).

There is no such thing as right or wrong.

But you must know that… What are you doing and Can you accept the results of its risks?

“Don't deceive yourself that speculation is investment.” Investment is the science of understanding, but speculation It is the art of making quick decisions in taking risks.
